Dave Merrick spent much of his childhood and youth in Latin America and is fluent in the Spanish language. His warm and outgoing manner is a by-product of having been raised in the Latin culture. He returned to the United States to attend Trinity International University.

Before launching his Real Estate business, Dave enjoyed an extremely successful career as a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Investment Advisor, winning numerous accolades and awards. His knowledge of finance and marketing enables him to provide his clients with deep insight into all aspects of Real Estate.

After beginning his career with RE/MAX, he was co-founder of an innovative Atlanta-area Real Estate brokerage for nine years. His commitment to superior customer service has earned him awards and designations in his Real Estate career. Dave truly believes that looking out for the client's best interests is critical to his own success! He prides himself on his accessibility whenever his clients need his advice or expertise. Additionally, he treats clients as though they were family members, skillfully negotiating over and above their expectations. This is why many past clients have used him to buy or sell multiple homes over the years.

Because of his enjoyment of diverse cultures, Dave has traveled throughout the world. He is committed to supporting several international philanthropic endeavors, while also being involved on a local level in his hometown of Alpharetta, Georgia. He is currently active at his church and volunteers for several community organizations.
